Ingredients:
1 Arnel's Originals Gluten Free Pie Crust (made with Earth Balance Margarine)
Pie filling:
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
15 oz Sweetened MIMIC CREME
Make pie crust as per Arnel's package instructions. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour into partially baked crust. Bake 425* for 15 minutes and then reduce oven temp to 350* and bake another 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool and swirl with Sweetened MIMIC CREME for a garnish. ENJOY!!!
